Access for everyone

Our approach
We want people to be able to browse our work, request a booking and complete a waiver regardless of ability or technology. We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical accessibility standard and make reasonable adjustments where needed.
Using this website
The site is designed for keyboard navigation, readable zoom, clear headings, labelled form controls, text alternatives for meaningful images, visible status messages and reduced motion preferences. The waiver offers typed-name signing as an alternative to drawing on the signature area.
Known limitations
Some third-party sign-in screens and device-provided date controls may vary by browser or assistive technology. The visual QR code is always paired with a normal link. If any part of the booking or waiver process is difficult to use, we can provide a reasonable alternative.
Ask for help or report a problem
Use our contact page and explain the page, task and adjustment you need. To be completed before publishing: add a monitored accessibility email address or telephone number and the usual response time.
Review
We will review this statement when the website or service changes. This statement describes our current approach; it is not a claim that every page has been independently certified.
