Who we are
Timeless Links is the trading name shown on this website.
To be completed: legal owner name, business structure, geographical address, email address, company number and place of registration (if applicable), and VAT number (if applicable).
Booking requests
Submitting the online form is a request for an appointment, not an accepted booking. We will confirm whether your requested date and time are available. A contract for the fitting is formed only when we send confirmation and the required pre-contract information.
No deposit or payment is taken through this website. The jewellery, metal, fit and any charms are agreed before fitting.
Prices
Prices depend on the selected chain, metal, placement and any charms. We will provide the total price, including applicable taxes, before you agree to proceed.
To be completed: publish a current price list or explain precisely how each price is calculated before accepting online bookings.
Cancellations and changes
You may ask to cancel or rearrange before the fitting using our contact page. If a distance contract has been formed, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel, subject to statutory exceptions. If you expressly ask us to provide the service within that period, you may have to pay for service already supplied; once a requested service has been fully performed, the cancellation right may end.
To be completed: the studio’s notice period, late-arrival, no-show and rescheduling policy. These policies do not reduce statutory rights.
Age and consent
Customers aged 16 or over can book and sign for themselves. Customers under 16 must have a parent or guardian provide their details and consent when booking, and separately complete the guardian section of the waiver. We do not weld links for customers under 16: they receive a safer unwelded link or clasp instead, so the piece can be removed if needed. We may ask the customer and guardian for proportionate proof of age or identity at the appointment.
The fitting and your responsibilities
Please give complete and accurate information relevant to a safe fitting, follow the aftercare guidance, and tell us before the fitting about relevant allergies, skin conditions, implanted electronic devices or other concerns. We may decline or postpone a fitting where it would be unsafe or unsuitable.
A signed waiver records informed agreement; it does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or remove your statutory consumer rights.
Our service
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Descriptions and photographs are illustrative; handmade placement and appearance can vary. If there is a problem, contact us promptly so we can consider an appropriate remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Complaints and governing law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. To be completed: complaints email, postal address, response times and any relevant alternative dispute-resolution provider.
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where the business is established. Nothing in these terms removes rights a consumer has under mandatory law.
